Day 1: Understanding Our Stories

How do experiences shape who we become?

Welcome

Welcome to Literate Voices Academy!

Every person has a story. Every experience we have—whether joyful, challenging, exciting, or unexpected—helps shape who we are.

Today, you will begin exploring your own story by reflecting on important experiences, identifying moments that have influenced you, and creating a visual representation of who you are.

By the end of the day, you will have taken your first steps toward becoming a published author.
